Craniosacral Therapy

Service Description

Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle, subtle, yet powerful form of bodywork that relieves tension from the dura and meninges (protective connective tissue around the spinal cord and brain). Craniosacral is not a scalp/head massage (though I will gladly massage your scalp in any session). Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes to your session. This can be a full-body treatment, or a short amount incorporated into your massage therapy session. I do not offer infant craniosacral therapy at this time.
